Mentor and lead technical teams on client projects
Ensure operational excellence and system reliability in production
Collaborate directly with banking clients and stakeholders
Oversee production systems and incident management
What We're Looking For
7+ years of technical experience with proven leadership skills
Strong understanding of banking and financial services
Experience with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and production systems
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Fluency in French and English
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Luxembourg banking market and regulations
Experience with DORA compliance and regulatory frameworks
Track record of building and scaling technical teams
